Consultations

During a consultation, I’ll guide you through a deep dive into your baby’s sleep—asking lots of questions to get to identify the root causes of your sleep struggles. Together, we’ll explore several approaches to improve sleep and build a plan that actually works for your family.

Packages

Packages include an initial 60-minute consultation and built-in follow-up support so you’re never left wondering what to do next. I’ll walk with you as you work through the plan and help you navigate any bumps along the way.

20-Minute Check In

Designed for past clients who need a little extra support, whether you’re hitting a bump or just want to check in and recalibrate
