  • I specialize in sleep support for babies and toddlers, from birth through 3 years old. Whether you’re navigating newborn sleep, sleep training and nap transitions, or toddler bedtime struggles, I’ve got you covered!

  • I actually hear this more than you would think! Every baby is different, which is why I create a personalized plan tailored to your child and family. Even if you’ve tried other methods before, we’ll address the unique challenges your baby is facing and find strategies that actually work for your home.

  • I use four sleep learning methods, ranging from gradual, hands-on support to more accelerated approaches that allow for a higher level of independent protest. Together, we choose a method that aligns with your baby’s temperament, your baby’s learning style/developmental period, and your comfort level as a parent.

    At The Baby Sleep Haven, even our version of “cry-it-out” isn’t the type of approach where you close the door and don’t go back in until morning. There’s more nuance and a clear limit to how much crying we allow. We always stay responsive and never let a baby cry just to cry. Any protest only happens once we’re confident your baby’s needs are fully met and they’re in a space to learn.

    All of these methods can support secure attachment when done correctly and when we’ve addressed the root cause of sleep struggles.

  • It’s a totally fair question—and one I get a lot. While I can’t make promises (babies are humans, not robots!), I am fully invested in your success. With experience supporting over 70 families, I’ve seen these strategies succeed across babies of all temperaments and routines. Most families see big improvements within 1–2 weeks when they’re ready for change and follow through consistently.

    If something isn’t working, we’ll adjust together. You’re never left guessing, and if more follow-up support is needed, I’m here for that too!

  • Yes—absolutely. I work with all types of families and sleep setups, whether you're breastfeeding, room-sharing, contact napping, co-sleeping, or a mix of everything. I’ll always make sure you’re familiar with the AAP’s safe sleep guidelines, but there is zero judgment or pressure from me.

    My role is simply to guide you, offer realistic options, and help you reach your sleep goals in a way that feels aligned with your values and your baby’s needs.

As a first-time mom, I was overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice. I just wanted to do what was best for my baby, but I constantly felt like I was falling short. I know how painful it is to feel that way.

What I didn’t know then is that there is a way through, and that’s what I now help families find.
